Common questions

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel any time from your store account: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall or switch devices, open Settings → Account in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same account.
